Tiaratama processes on the device at the site, then sends the results to the dashboard. This page explains how that works and what moves where.
This is not the formal privacy policy. It sets out an architectural promise — what the system actually does. The legal documents (the privacy policy and the terms of service) are not published, and they appear in the footer without links. For data-processing questions that need a formal answer, write to halo@tiaratama.com.
Processing finishes on the device at the site, so results do not wait on an upload and do not depend on connection speed.
Counts appear on the dashboard within seconds because what travels to the cloud is numbers, not large video files.
Inference finishes on site; its speed is set by the device there, not by the bandwidth to the cloud.
All traffic between the device and the Cloud Hub is encrypted.
Every tenant is fully isolated; there is no mixing between clients.
